What shunt regulator should I build?

hi everyone.
After asking in the chip amp section, Ive been told that I need a regulated psu for my chip amp.

I need 12 to 14v to power my amp modules. those are my modules: DIY! HIGH END! AUDIOPHILE AMLIFIER BASED ON THE MOST ADVANCED TRIPATH 'S CLASS-T TA2021B CHIP!

So my question is, what kind of regulators would be the best for my needs?

Are you sure you will benefit from adding a regulator to your 9Vac transformer powered PSU?
