What should I trust ohm-meter or eyes?

One resistor in series and the other one parallel to an electrolytic capacitor in the secondary coil(A.C)?
Strange...
Are you shure that the two negative of electrolytics isn't connected here?
Do you measure other d.c or A.C output voltage?
If a true rms multimeter available measure direct across secondary.
Please can you hand drown diodes in circuit?
Two failed resistors measuring the same isn't possible to me.
