Apparently, T-Nuts are best used for mounting drivers. I used ordinary chip board screws with my Shiva since this box of mine is only temporary.

Best probably inserts and machine bolts. For my quick & nasty i used bent washers as clamps and honking big wood screws into the 3/4" MDF baffle -- screws on the outside of the driver where there is more meat in the wood.

I use black pan head wood screws. #10 x 3/4 or 1", whichever wont be too long. I pre-drill and put a drop of wood glue in the hole with a toothpick before inserting the screw. It helps to keep the material from stripping out if you have to remove and re-install the driver.
