I've just bought a Response 8", 120Wrms woofer for a ported cabinet i have. I was just wondering what power rating i need for a tweeter to match this speaker, and does anyone have any suggestions?
Also, for the xover, can i use a three-way x-over for this 2-way system? I haven't been able to find a 120+watt 2-way xover.
How easy would it be to make one up?

Tweeters generally have a higher power handling than the woofer. This is more important to match the efficiency (not the power handling).
xover: you will pay more to get a third way but it will work.
Also note that if you want to run all your drivers close to their maximum (eg 120W) you should think about buying drivers with a higher power handling and running them with less power (eg 250W drivers runned at 100W).
