What are the brand and model are the original drivers in Wilson Audio Watt & Puppy 7's WATT speaker.
The WATT is the triangular speaker that goes at the top of the assembly, it looks like this: http://www.psaudio.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Wilson-watt.jpg

ScanSpeak.
Thanks for the quick reply. Do you happen to know the model? I looked online and found a lot of conflicting information.

The Usher copy of this driver is said to be as good or even better than the original.

The mid driver is custom made for Wilson Audio. -> SoundStage! Network Ultra Audio -- Archived Article
That means, you can't buy them exactly as they were, except Wilson Audio (or Scan-Speak) got still some NOS. I am not sure now which model it's exactly based on so I don't want to start wild guesses.

Well, he asked for the mid driver. Besides that, you can't exactly switch around drivers and seemingly 'better' drivers require the crossover to be modified or even completely re-designed. Keep in mind, the crossover changes a lot more in the sound of the speaker than the drivers itself. And your linked woofers need all different enclosure volumes and tuning.
If i remember well there have been different versions of this speaker, and the image posted is one of the earliest versions, based on a Focal tweeter and Seas midwoofer.

Drivers in old WATT/PUPPY no longer available. Focal tweeter: 120 tioxid; mid was a SEAS than later a Scan-Speak. Two bass drivers were 8" Dynaudio.
Yes first came the kevlars, later in the 90ties the coated titaniums. I remember have seen those in Doble6 Altaveus, in their importer's Paralelo shop, in Barcelona.
Woofers are based on Dynaudio 21W54, midrange is a Scan-Speak, based on a 18W8545 but with a shorter voice coil. Tweeter is a Focal T120 Ti untreated, delivered by Focal without a back chamber, added by Wilson.

🙂I bought several 120TI at Doble Sis Altaveus in Barcelona, unfortunately the shop closed several years ago.😡
