Standard Television is 640 x 480.

I know the refresh rates aren't that great but I think you might want to find a projector panel and an OHP. Simple plug and play and depending on the model you can get all the inputs that you will need. I know you don't care right now what resolution you end up with but the very moment that you turn on a projector with a really low resolution you will be kicking yourself and asking why.
320 x 220 would make the graphics on your Xbox 360 look like the graphics on an original Nintendo unless you kept the image to under 40" diagonal, then the graphics would rival super Nintendo.😉 jk
