I can't find any specs. Seems to me it is non-inductive resistor, right? Made of glass with some rubber cover. 10 x 10 mm in size

Many technologies are susceptible to adopt that kind of form factor.
You might first think of thin or thick film, pure metal foil and other high end products, but practically all types have at one time or another been packaged that way: in the sixties/seventies, there were carbon composition resistors for ultra-miniature equipment made like that except they used color code for marking, but some series could also have been marked typographically.

The other side. The squre is 5 mm by 5 mm. Resistance reads 100.0kohm
