Well, like the title suggests i'm wondering what everyone considers the ultimate tweeter that you have had experience with.
Personally, I haven't tried to many but am quite partial to the Visaton TL 16 H.

I would like to hear a RAAL ribbon, to see if they really are as good as people say. Too bad the effiiciency isnt higher

Not technically a tweeter, but usable response to 30k- fostex ff85k. Great highs on this, despite being directional.

Unity probably never unless they wanted me to, it is a patented design. I will be making that horn lens with just the tweeter again though, that is a design I worked out myself that I really enjoy.

My fave HF drivers are all compression units. Some BMS, Beyma and B&C and I'll hopefully be trying a couple of 18Sound units shortly.

Scan-Speak D3806/8200
A truly great driver.
Technically a mid/tweeter it does the tweeter job beautifully. Mates up sooo well with big paper woofers. 12-15-18". Does the harmonics of vocals and piano amazingly well.
