I had completed the AMP 6 module of 41HZ. I like this new toy very much. I am now thinking to further upgrade its performance.
I observed that the V5A and V5D of TA2020 are generated internally by the chip. But for the TA2022, an externally 5V supply is needed to drive a 5V CMOS signal processor. This signal processor will amplify the audio input signal and converts the audio signal to a switching pattern.
Is the V5A of TA2020 used to drive the 5V CMOS and what is the function of the V5D ?
Is it worth to provide an external low noise 5V supply to TA2020 to improve the sonic performance ?
