A bit rhetorical, and mostly for conversation (not to mention, I love to learn):
When I sim with Simetrix, Nelson's Aleph J, I notice in the fourier tests beautiful distortion specs.
What is it about the Aleph that allows such perfection at greater wattages?

In the sims of my differential follower amp, I get far more 3rd harmonic distortion, than 2nd. In fact, 2nd is next to nothing, whereas 3rd is 0.78% at 40 watts. At 1 watt, both, 2nd and 3rd, are quite low.
It seems interesting that in the simulation global feedback reduces 3rd harmonic distortion, but increases 2nd...
