I picked up a tube over the weekend
ID: 12.5"
Height: 47.5"
Wall thicknes: I believe it is between .125"-.25"
I have a 10" sub here but I have no idea what the specs of it are. http://www.quux.net/roo/diy/sonosub/sonocalc_old.html I ran the calculations here but I am uncertain on what to do about the depths of the plugs and caps.

Need a little more information about what your goals are. Is this for music, home theater or both? Do you want lots of bass, high SPL window rattling or tight accurate response? There are a few options for going either sealed or vented. My first choice would be the CSS SX10. Second might be the Peerless 830452 from the XLS series.
I am going to use this speaker for HT use and I almost shoot for quality over quantity for stuff I do. So I would like a nice tight response and I really don't care for window rattling response.
Your piece of tube should work nicely with the CSS SX10. Cap the ends, put a flared port tube opposite the driver 3" D, 7 3/4" L and you're good to go. Adire Audio has a caculator on their website if you want to caculate the sag factor but I think it's minimal. This should easily get you into the mid-20Hz range.
