I have a 15" driver and 1 15" PR in a 6.5 cft box. I'm wondering what happens to the sound when PR reaches it's maximum. My current amp is 250w and it driver barely moves. My current listening level -15 db on my sound processor. I just purchased a 1500w amp. I'm guess the driver will move more and I wondering what harm will happen if the PR is maxed out. Harm I mean physical and audio.

You'll probably start to hear harmonics coming from the sub, as the PR begins to lock up at the extremes of travel.
Keep pushing it, and all sorts of interesting things will happen.

IMHO, if it starts sounding bad, you've reached the limit. Turn it down from there and you're good.
