What are the main areas that an amplifier can be upgraded with capacitors apart from the power supply and signal path? I want to add more Elna Silmic 2 Capacitors to my Yamaha a-s500 amplifier.
I already have 6pcs of Elna 2's in the power supply. a choke added as well as two dual triode valves, paper in oil capacitors for signal path and an anode power supply. I dont want this upgrade affected, just more Elna 2's in my system where it matters.
