I know this is not off topic but what you going do???
I don't if 200mW is 2W or 0.2W. i'm sure you know. don't think i dumb i just have not use this most hard! Impossible! mathematic! porblem yet
thanks 😎

Thanks nice chart. but MAN are you saying 200mW = 0.002W???
I need to know i might be breaking the law!!! Ehh what do i care???

Look at the row marked mili. You will see one miliwatt = 0.001 of a watt. If you have 200 of these, you have 0.200 of a watt, or 0.2watt😉
Hi,
In other words 200mW is 0.2W.
Or 200 thousends of a Watt....
Cheers,😉

200mW = 200 milliwatts = 0.2 watts
which in most cases is not very much power
If you'd asked about 200MW, I'd be more concerned! 😉
little m = milli, or thousanths
Big M + mega, or million
Handy chart! I'm saving it, and printing out a copy to
hang up next to my Ohm's Law Wheel
--Damon, who isn't too big on math either

What's that then? I just use a calculator😉
Hi,
Unfortunately not. It's actually the first time I see it on the forum,
Al.
Useful thingie though....saved it to disk of course...so I can forget about it.😉
Cheers, 😉
This is hardly any math and certainly not Ohms' law...still we'll help you out except on ful moon days...
EDIT: I think we both saw the chart before on the web, some .edu site I figure?
You have a good memory, can you remember who posted that table?

ya you know i used to be real good at math and ohms law but any more i just can't do it. ????

Yeh, I find it handy for when I calculate crossovers and the like and come up with huge -10 powers for caps😉
Hi,
Must be the "Austin" powers...
Cheers,😉
