What component is this please?

Hi, I have an old device in bad condition and I want to know what component this is. If it's an inductor, can you help me identify its type and find an equivalent to order?

Definitely an inductor. Not sure what the 239 means. If it's 23nH, that's pretty small.
It's unlikely to be bad, especially if it has continuity.

Google, Octopart, whatever will get you close, and then start reading the datasheets.

Can you confirm if the reading is correct this measure after removing one from the circuit?

Looks close enough. It's supposed to be 3900 uH / 3.9 mH +/- 10% with a max resistance of 10 ohms. 3.62 mH is within spec.

I couldn't find a compatible component supplier despite searching through many websites. You suggested Xicon 43LH239, but I can't find it anywhere. Any another compatible model please i searched alot in google without hope Thank you.

The circuit board is in very bad condition, and it has three inductors; one of these is faulty. I plan to rebuild it with a new PCB, but I want to test it before the rebuild.
