Hi, I have an old device in bad condition and I want to know what component this is. If it's an inductor, can you help me identify its type and find an equivalent to order?

I just wanted to say thank you for your response earlier. I really appreciate your help. I've been searching for an equivalent link, but I haven't been able to find one. Do you happen to know of any resources that could help me out? Thanks again!Inductor/RF choke

Google for "LH 239 Inductor" leads to a Mouser page. Xicon Part number 43LH239
Google, Octopart, whatever will get you close, and then start reading the datasheets.I just wanted to say thank you for your response earlier. I really appreciate your help. Looks close enough. It's supposed to be 3900 uH / 3.9 mH +/- 10% with a max resistance of 10 ohms. 3.62 mH is within spec.
I couldn't find a compatible component supplier despite searching through many websites. You suggested Xicon 43LH239, but I can't find it anywhere. Any another compatible model please i searched alot in google without hope Thank you.
Why?
You measured it & it's within specs.
Are you building a duplicate circuit?
The circuit board is in very bad condition, and it has three inductors; one of these is faulty. I plan to rebuild it with a new PCB, but I want to test it before the rebuild.
I appreciate your help 🙏Fastron 09P-392J-50
Maybe one of these would do...
