5814, 5963, ECC82, 6189, CV4003. If you are willing to check the circuit out carefully before experimenting, a 12BH7 or ECC99 can sometimes work, too, but have different characteristics.

I've used a 12BH7 in place of a 12AU7 in a line stage.It worked just fine.
