What can I do with MJ2501, MJ3001?

I got 2 pairs of Motorola MJ2501 and MJ3001.
The markings are MJ2501-1, MJ3001-1.

Can I use these to make some solid state amps?
Then, which amps would you suggest?

MJ2501/MJ3001 is a complementary 10A darlington power transistor.
The max. Vce voltage is 80V, and Power dissipation is about 150W.

So it can be power stage output transistor on 50 ~ 150w OCL power amplifier. but should be carefully using because the value of hFE is very
high(about 4000).

You can put they replace two stage of power amp,
like red pane of the picture.
