I like the heavily hopped pale ales that are all the flavour at the moment. And rye apa, which is quite rare here.

Willett
Usually go for willett bourbon, but drinking their rye tonight, cask strength with a splash of water, not bad

I'm curious. Is the organic stuff you are referring to unpasteurised?
Reason being, the organic milk here in Australia is. Unpasteurised milk is not legally available through retail here. I get it through a farmer-friend on occasion. Speaking of which, homemade yogurt from unpasteurised milk is a totally different animal to the so-call yogurt you buy from retailers here. The stuff is exquisite. Very thick and very smooth.
As you've probably guessed, I too am a milk addict.🙂
I refrain from giving the reasons. Yet I don't drink alcohol.

I dunno if it is or not buddy!!!
The main thing is anything you eat thats NOT ORGANIC cannot be digested properly so it sits in your intestines, etc (until its pushed out) and can cause stomach aches, bowel problems,etc.........
GMO stuff is really not good for anyone......

Had to switch to decaf coffee a coupla weeks ago. I was having a terrible time sleeping. Went to the doc, who put me on Ambien for 7 days to knock me out at the correct time each night ("I won't give you any more after that," he said), plus we compiled this whole checklist of stuff I musn't do in the evenings, like screen time, food & drink, and of course caffeine. But man is it all worth it. I'm sleeping better than I have in years. And I found a decaf version of the dark roast coffee that I like, and it's surprisingly good.
Onward into the abyss of old age... 🙂

The more I read of the contaminants in food and drink and their effects, the more cautious I've become. Speaking of caution, there's a lot of bassless, unverified fallacy out there.
