Slow night. Good Fried Mushrooms, but not very filling. Fried cheese sticks were better.

We went for a two week tour to Russia to say hello (and propably also goodby to old friends and relatives). During our stays in Ufa and Petersburg we noticed that were a lot of Russian craft beer out to be drunk.

1 litre plastic bottle of cheap Spanish lager, 5.6% vol: "STARK Cerveza Especial.", which I think translates approximately to:

in the never ending search for the right mix for my Dark and Stormys, this turns out to be a decent sipper on its own

What do I drink ?.
Pure water as it is, or after going through my espresso coffee machine.
Pure water because I'm not interested in drinking what comes out of the tap....fluoride, chlorine and who knows what else !.
I keep my coffee beans in the freezer and grind them immediately before making a cup.
I find the taste is much nicer, especially with organic beans.
You Want Tastier Coffee? Freeze Beans, Then Grind
Also the occasional beer or Aussie chewy red.
