Mostly what I see are high power wire wound resistors with taps.

The larger resistors with the multiple taps were often used in old tube radios, with the tube heaters in series. They allowed the radio to be adjusted for the local AC or DC line voltage. E
Before my time but those kind of multi section droppers were common in old valve TV's, in fact everything you show could be from a field engineers kit back in the 70's

OMG, that TV is infested with components, it needs some treatment before it spreads to other devices.
