Too much polyfill i swhen adding more does not make the box seem bigger. In a sealed box one tends to need to fudge the volume to compensate. But sealed is very forgiving.I read a comment that stuffing too much polyfil is a bad thing as then it creates a situation where the box starts acting bigger than it really is.

The Alpair 10.3 goes relative low in a 11.5L sealed, i use it as top in my waw system but on it's own it gets to the mid 60's in sims, in a room against a wall it will go lower. And the seas F22 is going a bit lower (just under 50hz), but needs a much bigger box (40L at least).
For real bass you need a ported or a TL or use a sub i'm affraid.

Make a box with outer dimensions 12x12x4in from 1/2in thick mdf or ply.
Thats 5,7 liters internal volume which gives Qtc=0,79 and F10 around 62Hz. With little boost from wall placement that should give deacent bass performance.
Instal driver slightly off center, so driver center is 1in from box center.
Dont stuff !!! Qtc is low enough, so stuffing will just reduce bass autput and efficiency. Just put 6x6in piece of felt on panel behind driver to prevent high-freq reflections inside box.
Years ago I made that for a friend and he was
pleased with sound.

I'm using Mark Audio CHR 70.3 in 6 litre sealed, mounted on a wall shelf. Getting good results with decent bass running on a old JVC amp.
