what is the diffrence in amps I am new to this hobby so could you explain any technical terms you use🙁

I am planning to build an amplifiyer to handle around 60wattsx2 with a volume, sterio balance, Bass control and treble control and it needs to be 8Ohm but i am strugglin to find designs is this because I dont know what this Kind of amps specific name is or are they just impracticle to build so there aren't designs for them😕
You will find lots of designs for your requirements, but probably not one single project that does it all.
I think you will have to build separate power amplifier, pre-amplifier and tone control (you can integrate them in one case of course).
How much money do you want to spend, how important is sound quality (are you an "audiophile" passionately looking for the best possible sound, or is it rather a beginners' project to familiarize yourself with audio electronics), and have you built electronics before (kits maybe)?
Knowing that, we will be able to suggest projects that suit your needs. Be prepared to receive different opinions 😉

Don't build the circuit shown in Fig. 1 of the application note. It will short your CD-player or whatever source you connect when volume is turned up and balance is turned full-left or full-right.
If they added two input buffers, they'd sell more OPA134's 😀
Better connect R5 (pot) to the other side of R3 and R4, as shown in Fig. 2!
