what are the complications involved in getting the amplifier up with 12 pairs of IRFs example:Aleph 1.2

will there be any stability issues to be considered? any tips please...

Of course you have to match the devices.

Stability issues did not come up, but you are looking at lower bandwidth in
the output stage for a given bias current through the input diff pair.

For greater bandwidth you can increase in diff pair current by a factor of 2,
and if you see any oscillation, you can increase the lag capacitances.
