I would not use such large values, as I assume the rails are already clean and well regulated. The values shown look OK, perhaps adding a smaller 0.1uf directly across each to counter the rise in self inductance of the larger cap. The noise you are trying to filter will be HF "hash"
Correct grounding will be very important.
Also with logic circuits it can be important that the rise times of the rails is within defined limits to avoid latchups etc... don't know if the DAC here is prone to that but it's a little understood effect that can happen.
