Hey, I would like to know what kind of amplifiers would i need to power the following configuration of speakers!
CASE 1:
6 x tops (3 on each ch)
LF: 2 x 12" 1000w 8 ohms
MF: 4 x 6" 800w 8 ohms
HF: 2 x 2" 200w 8 ohms
3 x dual 18" subs (1000 w 8 ohms each driver)
CASE 2:
same as case 1 but with 4 x tops (2 on each row) and 2 x dual 18" subs
I understand I need to bi-amp the system so please let me know what kind of amps i would need for both the tops and the subs in each case, I am looking for general amp specification that would match this speaker config but make and model would also be helpful.

Is this a PA setup? I think you also need to provide a great deal more information about the speakers.
You should note that most speakers rated for powers such as 1000W are vastly overrated by their makers/sellers and will not handle the specified power, even for a short time. Notwithstanding, do you have a hearing problem that you need that much power?
My three way speakers are tri-amped with LM3866 chips (about 55W max) and they are deafeningly loud long before full volume.

1000 watts is only twice as loud as a 100 watts.
I used to run a mobile disco and got away with a 225WRMS amplifier and four 50WRMS 12 inch speakers.
It was more than loud enough for small to medium sized venues.
You will have no worries with Crown amplifiers. You will need four. Sub, Bass, Mid and Hi. With a BSS four way electronic crossover.
Bi Amp will not do unless you use passive crossovers and electronic crossovers.
