I need to build a 2 year saving money amp in this specifications.. Does anyone have an idea?

I don't know what good current capacity means. With 100W into 8 ohms you need a certain current.
Are they saying that the speaker is less than 8 ohms?

I think the KEF Blade has very low impedance in parts of its impedance curve. Down to 3.2 ohms.

Are you buying or building?
If building, spend the next two years reading up on high voltage safety. And researching custom transformer winders. i don’t know if any vendor who would risk the liability of making and selling a kit requiring 1kv+, particularly if you’ve never built one before. So you’ll also probably need to do some design work, even if you’re copying from a schematic.
If buying, find a vendor you trust and get them to shop for you. If the speakers are anyway $25k then you’re probably better off going this way, and this gives you some vendor or after-sale support should the amp exhibit problems. And you can probably audition several before purchase so you don’t invest time and energy into building a dud.
In the end it’s probably much less hassle and expense to adjust your expectations to either a lower wattage tube amp, or a high-quality solid-state.
