What amp is this??

I purchased this amp without thinking it all the way through. I have no Idea what it is... kind of looks like a Maggie of some kind. any help would be appreciated, schematics, model number, make. I don't even know tube layout. I know, I am an idiot, just ask my wife.

Mystery amp

alright I found a partial tube layout on the inside of the amp, I think the important stuff was there from the half of it that was left. Tube layout is 7025, 6BL6x2 and a quad of 6BQ5's. Rect 5U4 G. When amp was built or modified whatever 2.2 uf @ 250 volts were used. Now before I replace these with proper voltage I would really like to see a schematic on this thing to make sure that is not all the improper mods that were made. It passes a signal both sides but is weak and distorted at 55volts AC. Any help forthcoming would be greatly appreciated in advance,,,Thanks Matt😕
