YES - because the Threshold stuff (mostly) pre-dates that Pass Labs stuff.
[but is still pretty darned GOOD and was innovative in its time]

(Mentioned potential trouble because I believe that Threshold still exists, but under ownership that is no longer associated with Mr. Pass.)
