What A/V receiver?????

Hi i am looking for a A/V reciever between these 3.

Sony STR-DE497

Panasonic SA-HE75

and Panasonic SAXR30(this might not be in my budget tho)

I'll need one wich will have a cross over of 100hz or less and that will work with my speakers which have a 4ohm impedence.
