Fractals are repeating patterns at all scales, and fractal cosmology suggests that the Universe exhibits such repeating patterns.
However, fractal cosmology is incompatible with the standard theories built upon the homogeneous and isotropic nature of the Universe.

Jimmy Blanchette?
This is the guy who claims to have made numerous contacts with Non-Human Intelligences.
He says he is using the contacts to aid our understanding of Physics and the connection with the Ancient Sacred Sites around the world.
His stated goal is to help mankind awaken and unite with its Galactic Family.
However, I did watch about 10 minutes of his video and here are my thoughts:
The imported insert on Planck length is in accord with known Physics, but Blanchette's contribution that follows strikes me as a meaningless ramble.
He uses "the fundamental harmonic of light "- which is 144 apparently - along with "nautical miles" and the "Golden Ratio" to calculate a value of Planck length that matches the theoretical value obtained by physicists.
Now, tell me that's not all Mumbo Jumbo simply intended to impress his naive followers!

Yeah, he keeps filing up Facebook groups with these YouTube videos and ‘new’ discoveries about the ‘harmonic of the speed of light‘…. I get confused/interested and ask questions but he gets offended easily (likely because he can’t answer things if it’s all a bunch of bologna?)

There's all sorts of nonsense out there about 432 Hz being "the beat of the universe", having "substantial healing benefits" and providing "positive energy".

Then there's the Titius-Bode Relation of Planetary Distances.
The relation comes from starting with a simple arithmetic progression of numbers:
0, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 192, 384.
Note that each number is twice the previous. Then, by adding 4 to each number and dividing the result by 10, this yields a sequence of numbers that roughly corresponds to the spacing of planets in our solar system, but only out to Uranus.
In 1913, Mary Blagg discovered an improved formula for the Titius-Bode Relation of Planetary Distances.
Blagg's formula takes into account the logarithm of the distances between the planets and satellites in the outer solar system and indicates that the solar system is best represented, not by a progression in '2' as per Bode's law, but by a progression in '1.7275'.
Astronomers have been using Mary Blagg's formula for over a century to study the distances between planets and moons in our solar system and beyond.
