Sold a quasi complimentary output 300 watt mosfet amplifier on ebay.
The buyer emailed me tonight saying that it didnt work and I was stupid because when I built it I put in two irfp240's instead of a irfp240 and an irfp9240 !
He tells me he is an expert on amplifiers because he builds them all the time.
How do I break it to him gently that he isnt as smart as he thinks he is and it is possible to have two N channel MOSFETs on an output ?
I guess I could ask him to look up quasi complimentary?
I guess my 30 years of experience in design counts for nothing lol

Anyone that will call someone else stupid, especially in a case such as this one, shouldn't even be dignified with an effort of reconciling HIS dilemma. I agree with adason... have him send it back and refund his money.
