Want to try a WE/Ultrapath connection as suggested here:
[JN] RE: Sun Audio SV-2A3
My question is that there are three lines coming off of the filter cap. On to a resistor to ground, and two, to the left and right OPTs. If I wanted to connect the UP cap from the + of the cathode bypass to B+, where would be the best place? At the resistor to ground? At the filter cap? Or, least desirably, strip some insulation from the OPT leads?

Usually connect the ultrapath cap at the point where the OPT B+ lead is connected. Don't strip the wire off of the lead, that's just... unprofessional... 😀
Add a small tie strip for each transformer and connect the B+ lead from the transformer, the ultrapath cap, and a lead back to the filter cap - much tidier.

Thank you.
The OPT leads, and a lead from the resistor to ground, are tied together and connect at the big filter cap.

Success
Success! As suggested, I used some strip connectors to bring it all together. Thanks, it was really important for me to find a neat and elegant way to do this.
The sound is much more natural. No more beaming from the loudspeakers, which have almost disappeared altogether. No hum problems.
