Wavecor -- WF182BD04 -- WF152BD04 -- WF152BD02 -- TW030WA07 and 08 tweeters

I guess so.
Here's what I got:

Subtotal 372.32$
Shipping
Order Total 398.54$

BTW these are pretty awesome sounding
Probably my favorite woofer so far
Very fast and detailed
I got SB Acoustics SB15MFC-8 to compare and the low level detail with this 130 cm^2 woofer is better than with the SB 88 cm^2 woofer
Although SB is much cheaper and built just as well
Attention to detail is almost as good as ScanSpeak with SB acoustics
Also a plastic cone compared to rigid paper

Wavecor detail is better than SS 18WU (4 ohm), and as good as 15WU (8 ohm) or very similar

Also T/S specs with Wavecor seem to be pretty accurate
As soon as I have time I'm going to build a speaker with the WF182
Or SB, it isn't bad either, you just can't hear every little detail, I think

TW30 tweeter is also very very good also

I agree, the Wavecor drivers are very hi-end. However they are not appreciated like they should be. I'm not quite sure why.
I'm not a fan of their large 30mm tweeter but their woofers are stellar performers. The Wavecor 22mm tweeters are in line with the best out there.
I've had the benefit of hearing the drivers you have for sale and don't understand why they haven't sold.

I think I made too many enemies over the years :grouphug:
I like the TW030WA07 (8 ohm, no ferrofluid)
I don't care how high a tweeter goes, I care more how low it goes.
Even the lowest distortion/fastest woofer is way worse than a tweeter within the tweeters constraints
Also I need great off-axis response

re" they are not appreciated like they should be. I'm not quite sure why" - I think it's availability, they don't have a consistent range at their various suppliers, and they're slightly higher in price than their competition. Making a better mousetrap is no good if you can't market it.....

I guess people don't appreciate a woofer where the CSD stops on a dime.
That's kind of my thing.
Pro audio woofers are like this, but then they don't go as low given their size.
This woofer is well engineered and the specs seem to be accurate and detailed.

Maybe you get less junk mail in Canada.
Mine is always full and the mail lady complains I don't take my mail out.

I asked her once what percentage of mail she thinks is "junk" mail.
She said: "Oh, about 90%".
I think I said: "I thought it was more than that or almost all of it".
She said: "people get bills 'n stuff".
I said: "that's junk".

So I have to take my "mail" to the trash can every now and then.
It's one of those things that makes America the greatest country in the world.

I like do this woofers a lot based on the data. Of course in the enclosure that is another cup of tea.
Looking for something for 30L (1cub Feet)BR 6.5 or 7" from a while..

I would be a buyer for a pair if the sell would be in Canada that sure.

At least bump you up. 😎👍

There's a guy that sold a few of these in Canada on this and the PE forum, in the past few years.
I don't have any more left.
Seems to be a very well engineered driver, Wavecor. I like the 30mm tweeters.
Very nice spec sheet, one of the best and probably most accurate, if I had to guess.
Build quality is okay. SB acoustics build quality/attention to detail is better.
For half the Wavecor price you can get more expensive materials, better durability, carbon fiber and/or sandwich cone, silver leads, beefier frame, closer to "standard" frame sizing, sexier look. Although I do like the sound of the Wavecors more than just about anything.

I'm pretty picky about build quality, that's why I build my own speakers.
SB acoustics drivers I can't nit pick too much.
Scanspeak is good too, but I don't know why they can't fix there durability issues.
Its been decades now with the same corrosion issues.
Manufactures used to zinc coat their drivers. At least they could do that.
Also not a fan of cutting cones to improve the sound. Cones are structural.
