I am surprised that no one is jumping on these the wavecor woofers with the balanced drive motors measure like champs, very low non linear distortion and well controlled soft cones.

I guess they are simply less well known, Zaph has measurements for the 152s over on his blog and they measure superbly.

What I like about Wavecor, is their honest specs, especially the sensitivity.
I've never seen any Manufacture publish accurate sensitivity specs.
They always try to push it.
Qts is another one.

I spent a lot of time listening to the XT25 and Wavecor TW030WA07, side by side.
It's as good at the top end, as far as I can tell, I think (can't really tell sometimes), but so much louder at 8 ohm nominal impedance and of course plays way lower.

I wouldn't really match at 7 inch woofer with a 25mm dome after hearing the Wavecor 30mm dome.

The forum is kind of getting slower.
Less people are building speakers since young people don't build speakers and old people have a tendency to die. Also the economy continues to weaken, more or less.
