Warped Fresnels

I'm nearing completion of my prjector, and I've noticed that the rear fresnels (the one near to the ligt) tends to warp. The edges will stay flat, but the center will bow in. I hoping that this will be resolved when I resolve some cooling issues.

I've read the forums and have seen that other people have had similar problems. I am wondering what is the best aproach to resolving this.
