Wanted Source of TO3 mosfets

Anyone know of a suplier in the USA who has power mosfets
in the T03 case. I have some heatsinks made for this case and
a bunch of BEo2 incenlators for the To3 case. Oh need I say a
reasonabley priced suplier.

Hitachi 10 2sj56+ 10 2sk176 (well matched 5x5) 230$US postpaid
in North America . 3 set of 20 available. Was to repair those 200w
like CJ Evolution 2000 etc. All is new never used except matching.

Yes. An excellant thermal conductor though.

I believe they have been banned in many countries.
