Wanted PT2395 delay PCB, and 2395 bits

Hi all
anyone have any pcbs for a pt2395 delay, populated or un-populated. Need few for a jodjob, whos cost does not permit designing and building one

I have 4 four second delay and DC protect pcb's.
They run off 15 to 24VDC.
