Wanted:PA Sub to complement my SA4518´s

Hi,
I have 4x SA4518 subs, witch are great, but do not go lower than about 50Hz. http://www.stage-accompany.com/vintage/docs/SA4515-4518.pdf
To go lower, I can add 4 more 4518´s, but that will only get as low as 40Hz. Not much of an improvement.

Questions: Is it possible to build a sub that can cover the 20-50Hz region, and match the output of the 4518´s, without spending 10000 euro´s? And will that sub be small enough to be handled by 2-3 people? Build plans?

Best Dirk.

P.S. the rest of my PA consists of 2x SA4512´s, 2x SA8535, SA500-900 and X-60.

the gjallerhorn is the only pa sub that play down to 20 (use search)
to go really low you need big cabs and/or lots of power.
even for dubstep 32hz seems low enough to me imho.

also jbells stadium horn = 30hz
maybe you could use the speakers of the4518(jbl ?)and bild a th for it to cover to 100hz

Thanks for the reply epa, but the links don´t work.

That Gjallerhorn looks very cool. That is a beast indead.
I wonder what other speakers can go into it, but I could not find any info on the TS parameters of the TS Sounds LMS Ultra 5400. Maybe a cheaper 21 inch can match the TS Sounds LMS Ultra 5400 performance. BTW I have no clue whatsoever on what specs a speaker should have to be able to work in this design. I just want to build a existing design. Experimentations I leave to the experts. Oh and it does not have to be a TH, vented speakers are fine to.

I can´t ditch the 4518´s because they are crossovered to high (well above 100Hz I think)

copy/paste the links to the navigation bar.
dont know why they dont.work normal ?
i wil have a look if another speaker suits the gjallerhorn.
looking @the sa4512 specs they can be crossed @ 100 hz ,dont know if u can change x-over freq on the x-60
