Having build a flexy-rack (tnt-audio) it's now time for something more chique 🙂
My idea was duplicating a rach of silence by solidtech

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

or some kind of spider by elemente:

now these racks are based on aluminum extrusions which are widely available as a square t-slot system like those sold by

maytec

These manufacturers al have square (some round but only with 1 or 2 holes) extrusions.

Let me explane what I want. Basicaly:
3 legs 1 center.

The extrusions for the legs are not the problem but the centerpiece is. It must have locking positions every 60 degrees. An alternative is the center of the spider elemente but I never saw that extrusion either (ot looks like a to-220 extrusion only bigger)

Anybody knows where I can find these extrusions ???????

hi rwagter

In Europe quite a lot of small exhibition stands and displays use a modular form of construction that use uprights with a profile similar to what you are looking for. It might be worth calling exhibition contractors to see if they have any bent or damaged sections, as these often just get thrown away, and as some are 1.8m or longer, you could cut them down and just use the length you want.

Yes I know the exhibition stand but they you profiles like these :

and as best these:

but to withstand the gravity of 1 Aleph5 poweramplifier, the centerpiece will have to be shapes like the spider centerpiece with can be locked from the inside out because it's completely hollow
