Depends what your application is really, RS & Farnell carry a fair range of low to medium performance heatsinks, but if you need something more heavy duty you'll need to get them straight from the manufacturer.
IMI-Marston is the only UK mfr that comes to mind:
imiheatsinks.co.uk
Aavid have UK offices (used to be called Redpoint):
aavidthermalloy.com
Fischer in Germany have some excellent profiles, I've had some awesome big custom machined heatsinks from these guys years ago:
fischerelektronik.de
also try Austerlitz:
austerlitz-electronic.de
Hope these are of use. If you are planning on a custom order, let me know 'cause I could be interested for a couple for projects I've got planned.

I´d suggest you get any catalog you can get your hands on and compare prices.
If you´re looking for big heatsinks it´s worth checking cause the differnces for the same profiles are quite big.
Just received some heatsinks from Austerlitz which are in general a little cheaper than Fischer-Elektronik.

If you're talking about the ones on my website - they didn't quite make it to manufacture. I will try again fairly soon (next year or so). Here are pics of my very nearly finished pair:
