Does anyone have a toroidal transformer like this to sell? Just thought I'd ask before ordering from Plitron.
Hi Ken,
I have a 500VA ILP (now Plitron) with dual 110V inputs and 4 X 24V outputs that I bought from Old Colony 20 years ago for the Pass A40. I'm looking to get rid of it. If your interested, let me know and we can work out the details.

KenP,
I am using Avel 500va for p3a but its way overkill for only 2 channels. You can get a 330va 25-0-25 for $46 and last time it was in stock.
P.S. 24-0-24 would work just fine too.

Hi Ken,KenP said:Would that work with a p3a? They specify 25-0-25 minimum.
I went and looked at p3a at Rod Elliot's site. I couldn't find where he suggests a lower limit for the rail voltage except on the initial power-up where he says
He also limits the upper rail voltage to 35VDC when driving a 4ohm load. With this transformer you'll have about +/-32VDC rails, which should work fine. When power is applied, check that the DC voltage at the output is less than 1V, and measure each supply rail. They may be slightly different, but both should be no less than about 20V.
Where in Canada are you?

Ken,
I'll take $30USD plus shipping. I'll post a pic in a few minutes. BTW, it has never been used.
