I have a 15yr old custom amp built by a guy in Oregon, but who has sadly passed away. I'm interested in information/opinions about this amp. It's served me well and I'd like to upgrade the parts or even build a second one for bi-amping. It seems to have very few parts, but unfortunately I can't identify all of them. If someone thinks they can help me via photos or knows someone in the Las Vegas area I would appreciate it.

But no matter, there are all sorts of very excellent amp projects on DiyAudio, including Nelson Pass designs. Some have PCBs available, some have just the board layouts (make ur own) and some are just schematics... plus there are assorted kits and partial kits from other sources...
The amp shown looks to the eye to be of very modest power and not much showing in the chassis of size or significant cost/value. So, you should feel free to investigate both the circuit of the one you have ( you can probably trace the schematic, not knowing the parts number ) and post it here, maybe that will get you along the path of knowing what it is...
Even though it might sound good to your ears, and it may just sound nice, you can probably equal or exceed it without too much effort these days with a modern design... 😀
Perhaps start by posting a much much better picture(s) of the board itself...

this reminds me
the most simple amlifier ever presented in the forum the so called simple 100-150w amplifier the John fisher amplifier .....you know the one that so many asked about ( and nobody managed to make work ) and the one that turkish guy called kapibara riped off the internet made a pcb and present it as his work ....
what ever ....
Alazira if this is your amp it should have darligtons in the output
( to my understanding this is an amplifier that can "play " but dont expect miracles from it)
if rail voltage though is between 30+30 and 40+40 it would be very wise to keep the trafos and the caps ( if still working properly ) and install inside your amp couple of DX bords made by our Carlos destroyer X or a second option could be a P3 or P3A from esp pages .....
it would be also very wise to install one board only for starts so you may compair with the existing circuit ....
i am sure that you will find a lot of interest in what you will hear compaired to what you have ....
