So, how many would it take for this project based on this calculation?

Not sure which project is in question (F5?), but applying it to my own (about to commence) Mini-A... (.56)W=25deg rise --> =25/.56 --> 44W/per sink dissipation.

2 devices/ch @ 15V, 1-1.5A = 30 to 45W. Not much of a safety factor with one sink per channel.

As Bill F. said a little earlier, four should handle both channels. I have no real experience to offer here though, as this is my first SS Class A build, and a small one at that.

I like the sinks, since they are already anodized, pretty, cheap, etc, but also trying to wrap my head around a case dimension (using some aluminum sheet and perf I already have, both 12"x12") that isn't too tall/skinny or flat/deep. Their dimensions are just enough to cause concern for either a) aesthetics, or b) room for PS.

Oh sorry, I meant the Mini. For F-5 I used M&M metals, 12.25 inches long, 8 inches high with 2 inch fins. They keep it where you couldnt cook breakfast on, you can touch it as long as you want, quite warm but not hot. Thanks for the reply, 4 of those for the Mini, thanks.
