Anyone has experience with these two DAC's? How do they stacked up against each other? I am using Wadia in my system with an Accuphase CD transport and hope to get rid of this DAC and replace it with somthing in about same price.
I am not saying I don't like how it is sounding,actually I don't need to upgrade the sound, I just like the Chord samll and pretty. And another point I don't like the Wadia is it is really hot in summer what ever it is in use or in stand by status.
Any opinions on them will be appreciated.

Digital stuff have improved greatly over the years. The guys at Wadia mostly used there own programmable IC for the X64.4 Digimaster, quite a vintage by now and go for few hundred for used units on ebay. I didn't like either of the two DAC's but the DAC64 is a league above the Wadia for detail and clarity.
