yes you 're right.
eb seller say all this stylus are the same. brand is dreher&kau (seller or manufacture, I don't know)
on listening, no problem, maybe because it is a spheric diamond...
but I really hesitate to send him back

Conical or not you will damage your records if you play it this way

The tip of the cantillever, where the stylus is mounted, is bent downwards towards the record surface. That part is supposed to be horizontal.
Send it back.
If seller claims, that all his styli are like that, get your money back an buy from a more reliable source. That could be Thakker, if you don´t mind it being in Germany 🙂

I'd say someone got it caught in the wrapping and yanked the cantilever, now its a destroyer of vinyl, unlikely to be salvagable.
