There is a schematic of sorts but I doubt it has the details you want. In any case, I would think it could be done by simply switching the Lower Arm resistor. The biggest concern would be the physical signal path as that is a potential entry point for noise and cross talk.

SAE used feedback loop gain switching in several of their models.

Not the best scan, but readable.
Note that the lower arm resistor is 1K8 with the switched values in parallel with this, if the switch fails it goes to a low gain state.
