You can use it, but modifacations may be needed. The MOSFET 044's are only rated for 55 volts. How many VA is your tranny? If you are going to use for both channels drawing 2 amps a side it will sag a bit. If you have a big enough heatsink you can adjust the zeners to the lower voltage. The last couple of pages of the article gives some advice. I used a 750VA, with a 35 volt secondary. A rectifier for each channel. Under load they only cave out to be 45 volts. Good luck.
Consider a C-R-C combination. Set the size of the resistor to drop the voltage to what you want. It'll give you a quieter rail, as well.

I am not very good! I don't know what meen "tranny" ?? I will use 2 transformer, one for each channel!! and I have a monster heat sink, no problem for that!!

well a little bit of maths for you...
Since we will wire the secondaries in series,
500 / 42 = 11.9 Amps
11.9 x 0.62 = 7.38 Amps
So each transformer is capable of delivering 42Vac @ 7.38Amps.
And since you want to run each channel from it's own transformer, you'll be presenting each transformer with a load of about 2amps which will probably give about 58Vdc unregulated.
You might just need to use irfp240's instead of irfp044 for Q5 and use 2 in parallel.
