voltage to sound

I have a device that outputs 0 - 5v DC. What's the easiest way to turn that into sound? The most basic would do. Many thanks folks. Looks like a fun forum!

What is the output ?? does it output audio , or DC Voltage or AC voltage and what type of device ??

It"s a very broad non-specific question you have there .....

It's an EMG sensor. It outputs 0-5 volts and I'd like the output as changing pitches rather than just voltages.

You can run the DC to a voltage to frequency converter. Then run the frequency to an powered speaker. V/F converters are in books of NE555 projects, or you can use half of a a NE567 Phase lock loop, or look on one of the circuits websites for a voltage to frequency converter.
Or you can drive a speaker with the dc and an instrumentation amp, but only elephants will hear the sound.
