Hi, I 'm looking for an vref IC with similar performance to the (obsolete ) chip LM113
I did my homework and found these :
Zetex ZXRE125
Zetex ZXRE1004
Micrel LM4040 / 4041
You know of some others with similar specifications, but perhaps better known / easier to get ?

what specific aspects are you looking for?
Reverse Dynamic Impedance @ IR 1 mA = 0.2 Ω
Reverse Breakdown Voltage @ IR 1 mA = 1.22 V
Reason is: I want to experiment with these devices to bias a vacuum tube at -1 /-1.5V, at low current (1mA)

OK so you want a low voltage shunt reference, that can handle at least 1mA. That should be quite easy to find.
Just going from the Maxim page:
MAX8069 (2.4% accuracy, 25ppm temp coeff, can sink up to 5mA)
MAX607x series (very accurate, low noise, can source OR sink current up to 10mA, ultra low temp coeff 6ppm/oC)
LM4050/LM4051 - better accuracy than the LM113, can sink up to 20mA, a bit higher noise level, 50ppm temp coeff
MAX6138 - 0.1% accuracy, 25ppm temp coeff, 20uVrms noise
MAX600x series - 0.2% accuracy, 30ppm temp coeff, 20mA current sink
There are likely more if you dig deeper. TI, Linear, Intersil, OnSemi, Fairchild, etc. likely all have refs for you to choose from.
