Hello, it seems that Bryston amp can be converted from 120V to 240V as Bryston like other brands manifactures one type of amp for the whole world.
I had a look at their schematics :

Rewire the +85VDC transformer with the appropriate 240V Power wiring.
Rewire the +25VAC transformer.
Change the fuse.
